Safety measures by Lalco Residency for COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

In these difficult times, we wanted to reach out to you, our valued guest, and let you know what we are doing here at Lalco Residency as the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation continues to evolve. We want to assure you the health, safety and security of our guests are our top priorities. We are taking every possible measure to ensure our guests and our team is as safe and healthy as possible. We are also taking every step to make sure we are providing our guests with flexibility to adjust their travel plans in this uncertain time.

Travel Safety

We have always focused on the safety and security of our guests as well as our team members and this remains our highest priority. We are continuously training and educating our staff in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at Lalco Residency. In response to COVID-19, we have taken additional measures to prevent you and our team from this virus:
Our serviced apartment team members are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols at regular intervals.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, dining area, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we continue to adjust food and beverage services in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
We have increased the deployment of hand sanitizers with at least 60% alcohol as recommended by governmental authorities to each Lalco Residency team member and installed several dispensers around our building.
We have mandated that all of our team members wear masks and gloves at all times
All masks and gloves are frequently changed.
We have reduced the number of available apartments by 50% to ensure no floor has more than 2 apartments with occupied guests.
We have reduced the number of team members working in Lalco Residency at any given time in accordance with Maharashtra’s latest rules.
We have adjusted shift timings to ensure no team member is arriving or departing from Lalco Residency at peak transit times.
All complimentary breakfast is now being served directly to each apartment as we have temporarily closed all buffet services.
We are constantly following multiple governmental and medical websites to keep up to date with all of the latest protection protocols for the COVID-19 virus.

Travel Flexibility

We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options at discounted rates. Currently, we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you extra peace of mind and convenience.

Generally speaking, for guests with existing individual reservations, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours in advance as long as the change or cancellation is made by 15 April, 2020.

For guests making new individual reservations for stays between today and 15 May, 2020, we will allow those reservations to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours in advance.
